Saudi Bazaar allows users to obtain electronic copies or paperless portions of the Platform just to use it in ordering from our Platform and purchasing from our products.

Limitation of liability
Saudi Bazaar shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this Platform or the performance of the products, even if Saudi Bazaar has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Provide the service
Our main target in Saudi Bazaar to ensure that availability of the Platform Services will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to Saudi Bazaar Services may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
Saudi Bazaar will not be responsible for : losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue or contracts), or any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the Saudi Bazaar Services.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal right to have goods sent or services provided within a reasonable time or to receive a refund if goods or services ordered cannot be supplied within a reasonable time owing to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

Saudi Bazaar Role
Saudi Bazaar merchants and sellers to list and sell their products at Saudi Bazaar Platform. It is neither the buyer nor the seller of the sellers items. Saudi Bazaar provides a Place for sellers and buyers to negotiate and complete transactions. Accordingly, the contract formed at the completion of a sale for these third-party products is solely between buyer and seller. Saudi Bazaar is not a party to this contract nor assumes any responsibility arising out of or in connection with it nor is it the sellers agent. The seller is responsible for the sale of the products and for dealing with any buyer claims or any other issue arising out of or in connection with the contract between the buyer and seller. Because Saudi Bazaar wants the buyer to have a safer buying experience, Saudi Bazaar provides Its guarantee in addition to any contractual or other rights.

Typographical errors
Although Saudi Bazaar is keen to provide accurate information about the products and their prices, the possibility of some typos is possible, you will not be able to confirm the price of the product when ordering from the Saudi Bazaar until you place the order.
If a product is offered at the wrong price or information, Saudi Bazaar has the right to refuse or cancel orders on this product as it deems appropriate. If there is an error in the pricing of one of the products you ordered, Saudi Bazaar may, at its discretion, contact you to see if you agree to continue This request after making an adjustment to its price or Cancellation request and notify you so,Note that the price can be analyzed if it has been added to the cart for a period of more than 3 hours

Harassment in any manner or form on the Platform, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Saudi Bazaar or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitor. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Platform any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any part for which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

The Content
If you post customer reviews, comments, customer questions or answers as (Seller) , or other content generated by you for display on the Platform (including any images, video or audio, all together "content", you grant Saudi Bazaar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, create derivative works from, distribute, make available, translate, and modify such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Saudi Bazaar and Saudi Bazaar sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content.
You warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; and that use of the content you supply does not breach any applicable policies or guidelines and will not cause injury to any person or entity (including that the content or material is not defamatory). You agree to indemnify Saudi Bazaar for all claims brought by other party against Saudi Bazaar arising out of or in connection with the content and material you supply. Saudi Bazaar has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content against Its Policy.
