RETURN:
A) The purchase order can be Canceled within the 7 days following the date of Product receipt، or before ship the product.
B) If the customer wants to return the product، the product must be in the original condition received by the customer، including the packaging as it was originally.
C) In case of return، the consumer shall bear the cost of shipping to and from him، unless the shipment is made by the consumer himself. In case the product with free shipping، the consumer bears the amount of 35SR per every return shipment up to the weight of 25 kg، and the amount of 70SR if the weight between 26 to 50 kg، and if the shipment weight above that، the consumer bears the amount of 100 SR.
D) In the case of product has a manufacturing defect ، the consumer does not bear the shipping costs،only he will bear 3% of the product value as an administrative and marketing fees.
E) Items Non-returnable : In all cases، perfumes، cosmetics، makeup، underwear، socks، books،publications، stationery ، computer programs، CDs، software، music albums، swimwear، and alldisposable goods are Non-returnable as well as if a defect appears in the product due to poor use of the customer.
F) If the product returned in accordance with the above conditions، the value of the payment will be credited to the customers balance at Saudi Bazaar، in case he wants to recover the amount paid، the value will be transferred to his bank account.Balance Amount and Its Uses:
The customer's balance on Saudi Bazaar platform usually two types:
A - A balance that is refundable to the customers bank account: It is the balance that is added to the customers wallet as a value for returned products which had been accepted and arrived already to the Seller warehouse.
B- A balance that is not refundable to cash or to the customers bank account: It is the balance that is added to the customers wallet by exchanging the earned points by amount.
The customer can start using the available balance in his wallet when he wants to buy any products through the platform، if the balance is higher than the cart value، the entire value of the cart will be deducted from the balance، and if the balance in the wallet is not enough، the available balance can be deducted and the remaining amount can be complete by using a credit card or a mada card.
